Studio available for sublet, starting from July 6th to September 30th (3 months; no extension possible). The rent is 1’100 CHF per month (slightly less for July as it's not a full month). Rent is all included: water, electricity, fast internet.
The studio includes a private bathroom, toilet, and kitchen equipped with a fridge and oven. It is fully furnished with a mattress, bed linen, blanket, pillow, wardrobe, tables, chairs, and kitchen utensils. The WOKO student residence offers washing machines, dryers and drying areas.
Located just a 5-minute walk from Binz station (S10 line), Migros, Lidl, Denner, and the Silcity shopping mall, the studio is also close to a park, providing a pleasant area for walking/running along the Sihl river.
