I am offering my WOKO fully furnished studio apartment of about 27 m² for sublet. It has a private kitchen and bathroom and comes with all essentials for daily life, including kitchenware and bed linen. The apartment is located on Uetlibergstrasse, within walking distance of Binz station (S10) and Laubegg tram stop (13, 17, 5, 89). From Binz, Zurich main station can be reached in only 4 minutes with the S10, and ETH Campus Zentrum in about 15–20 minutes by public transport. The rental period runs from October 10 until November 30, when my contract expires. The start date is flexible, and shorter stays can also be considered. The layout includes a separate kitchen with a small table, a bathroom and hallway, and a main room furnished with a 120×200 cm bed, wardrobe, large desk, and shelving unit. Rent is CHF 1090 per month, including all Nebenkosten and internet. Tenants must meet the WOKO criteria. Viewings are possible in person or online.
