I’m moving out of my spacious, fully furnished room in Oerlikon on June 16th and looking for someone to take over! The flat is shared with two bachelor students from ETH and includes a shared kitchen and bathroom, plus a washing machine and dryer—both free to use. Some of the furniture belongs to me, and I’d prefer someone willing to take it over for a reasonable price. Rent is 600 CHF per month, all utilities included, with a 1200 CHF deposit. The vibe in the flat is relaxed—you’re free to be social or keep to yourself. Aldi, Coop, and Migros are all within a 5-minute walk, and both tram and train stations are also just 5 minutes away. Door-to-door, ETH Zentrum and Hönggerberg campuses can be reached within 25 minutes, and the UZH Oerlikon campus is about 10 minutes away.
