Room to sublet from 1st of June to 31st of July and then to be fully rented as main tenant starting on the 1st of August. The room will only be sublet to candidates who also want to take over the room (as main tenant) starting on the 1st of August. As such, the new main tenancy agreement must be signed at the same as the sublet contract, before the 1st of June. Furthermore, the room is furnished, and the candidate must buy the furniture (800 CHF in total for bed, mattress, desk and multiple furniture like wardrobe etc).
The building is very small for a student residence (9 students, 3 flats of 3 students) and very calm. The building is also very new and well insulated from the outside. Situated close to Hong campus and Zentrum. Everything is in a good state. |
