I am subletting my room in Winterthur for the coming semester from 01.08.2025 to 30.01.2026. The room is in a shared flat for 4 people with 2 bathrooms, a small couch area and a well-equipped kitchen. The WG is pretty quiet overall. Apart from casual chats in the kitchen, there's not much contact, but everyone's really nice and easy-going.
ATTENTION: To be accepted as a subtenant by WOKO, you must be studying at the ZHAW in Winterthur! Unfortunately, WOKO makes no exceptions.
A deposit of one month's rent is required.
Migros/Coop: 5 min walking distance
ZHAW School of Management: 15 min walking distance
Train station: 10 min walking distance
