Age limit	27 years. The duration of the letting agreement is limited until the month when the tenant reaches the age of 28 years (birthday date).

Other details	The room is furnished, kitchen and bathrooms are shared with the flatmates. The earliest possbîble move-in day is 05.07.25, but a bit later would also be possible. Due to Woko reuglations, until 31.08 you would sublet, and then get full tenancy from 01.09 onwards. About the WG: There are 9 people in total, studying in Bachlor's and Master's at ETH and UZH. We like to spend time together in the kitchen when cooking/eating or for an occasional game night. We are looking for a new flatmate who is a clean, sociable, and pleasant person to live with, does their chores and cleans their dishes. Ideally you already bring a bit of WG-experience with you ;).
