Subletting the room

The room is in a shared apartment where 8 people are living together. The flat has a big kitchen, two bathrooms with shower, and small toilet. The room is furnished with a desk, a chair, a bed frame, mattresses, a shelf, and built-in wardrobe. And the room also has a big balcony shared with one flatmate. Since the room is temporary, the rent would be calculated according to the days you will stay in the room. And there might be small chance to take over the room and become a main tenant. It is located in a good location, which has a direct access to nature and close to grocery (coop, lidl, aldi). It takes 12 minutes to ETH Hönggerberg by bus, 35 minutes to Zentrum by bus, and 30 minutes to HB by train. We are 7 people from Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Mexico, and Turkey. We sometimes cook and have dinner together, go hiking, and have BBQ outside. At the same time, we also value their privacy.
