I am subletting my furnished room in a shared WOKO apartment at Cäsar-Ritz-Strasse 1–7, 8046 Zurich from 01.06.2026 to 25.06.2026. The room is around 15 m² and comes furnished with a bed, mattress, mattress cover, bookshelf, desk, and chair. The apartment is shared with 7 roommates and includes common facilities such as a shared kitchen, bathroom/WC, balcony/terrace, laundry room, lift, sports room, grill area, and other shared spaces. The location is very convenient, especially for students. The building is close to ETH Hönggerberg, which can be reached in around 10 minutes by bus. UZH Oerlikon is also around 15 minutes by bus, UZH Irchel around 20 minutes by tram/bus, and ETH/UZH Zentrum around 30 minutes by tram/bus. Daily shopping is easy as well. There is a Coop supermarket nearby, and Aldi/Lidl are only a few minutes away, making groceries very convenient. Public transport connections are also good, with nearby bus/tram options connecting the area to Oerlikon, ETH Hönggerberg, Irchel, and central Zurich. The apartment itself is part of a large student housing community in Zurich-Affoltern, with useful shared facilities such as internet, laundry, bike storage, common rooms, music room, garden/outdoor seating area, and barbecue area.
