Subtenant over the fall :)

ZHAW Winterthur: 10 mins door-to-door ETH/UZH Zentrum, ETH Hönggerberg: 40-50 mins door-to-door Grocery stores (Coop, Migros, Denner, Aldi): 5-15 mins walk Winterthur Bahnhof: 5 mins by bus or 10 mins walk ---- The room is around 16 m2. It is furnished with WOKO-provided furniture: a single bed, a desk, a chair, and a shelf. The flat is shared with five other flatmates. There is a big, spacious kitchen and two bathrooms (you will share a bathroom with two of us). There are also laundry machines available in the building, shared with other WGs. The rent is CHF 625 per month, including internet and other utilities. If you are a PhD student with an annual income of more than CHF 26’400, you have to pay a surcharge of CHF 100 per month as requested by WOKO. ---- I am looking for a responsible and friendly person and preferably a non-smoker. It'd be nice if you could speak some English, as not all of us understand German well. As this is a WOKO flat, you must fulfil WOKO criteria: a Bachelor, Master, or PhD student at any university in Zurich or Winterthur. ---- We are three boys and three girls studying at ZHAW, ETH Zurich and University of Zurich. I will be subletting my room in September because I will be doing an internship abroad for 6 months and I am looking for someone to take over my room! The vibe at home is generally relaxed and quiet, but there’s always someone in the kitchen for a chat or spontaneous coffee break. Occasionally, we hang out together for activities like game or movie nights. Meanwhile, we also respect each other's space and routine.
