Looking for a subtenant for furnished room

I am looking for someone to sublet my furnished single room from 21 December 2026 to 31 January 2027. The room is approximately 12 m² and is located at Meierwiesenstrasse 62, Zurich, on the third floor. The room is private, with its own bed, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair and lamps. The residence is shared with other students/residents, but everyone has their own private room. The kitchen, dining area, lounge, garden and bathrooms are shared with the other residents. Rent: CHF 950 for the entire period. The room is available because I am an exchange student and will return to my home country before the end of my rental contract. The sublet is subject to WOKO approval and its applicable requirements.
