Single room furnished (20/12-31/01)

I am looking for someone to take over my room in a student residence in Zurich, as I am leaving on 19 December, but my rental contract runs until 31 January. The room is located on the third floor and is fully furnished. It has a window, a private washbasin, a bed, a mattress, a pillow, bed linen, a desk, a chair, a lamp, a wardrobe, shelves and other storage space. There is also a laundry basket, a mirror and a coat rack. I will leave some kitchen items as well, including plates, cutlery, glasses and a few things I bought myself, such as a pot, a frying pan and a mug. Shower towels are also included. The bathrooms and showers are shared and are located directly opposite the room. However, each bathroom and shower has its own door, so you can use them privately without anyone seeing you. The residence has a shared kitchen for all residents, as well as several common areas. There are two terraces, a garden, an elevator and a dining room with tables where you can eat or study. There is also a TV area with sofas, a ping-pong table and a barbecue. The building has heating and Wi-Fi. There is also a cleaning room on every floor where you can borrow cleaning equipment, such as a mop, a vacuum cleaner and other supplies, to clean your own room. Cleaning staff take care of the rest of the residence and the common areas, but they do not clean the individual rooms.
