During the company vacations from December 24, 2025 to January 5, 2026, our counters in Zurich and Winterthur will be closed.

WOKO student housing cooperative

The non-profit student housing cooperative WOKO rents affordable accommodation to students in the Zurich, Winterthur and Wädenswil area. It works closely with the universities and is the largest provider of student accommodation in Switzerland with around 4,000 rooms.
