The number of students at universities in the Greater Zurich Area has risen sharply in recent years. The demand for rooms at WOKO has also increased accordingly.

We are therefore constantly looking for new properties in Zurich and the surrounding area that we can sublet to students at fair prices. WOKO is interested in long-term contracts for existing buildings or properties that are still under development, as well as properties for longer-term interim use. With our janitor team, we ensure that the buildings are professionally looked after and can also take care of structural maintenance on request.
