WOKO currently offers accommodation at over 70 properties with around 4,000 rooms in the greater Zurich area, Winterthur and Wädenswil. The properties on offer range from charming, simply developed old town properties and normal apartment buildings to buildings specially constructed for students and estates with modern infrastructure. All properties are very well served by public transport and many are close to the university campuses.
