Untermiete Sommerferien

Ich vermiete mein möbliertes WOKO-Zimmer während der Sommerferien für zwei Monate zur Untermiete. Da ich in diesem Zeitraum ein Austauschsemester absolviere, suche ich eine zuverlässige Person, die mein Zimmer für diese Zeit übernehmen möchte. Unsere WG liegt zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Oerlikon entfernt. In der Wohnung leben insgesamt fünf Personen (du und vier weitere Mitbewohner:innen). Ihr teilt euch zwei Badezimmer, eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer sowie einen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert. Das Fenster geht zum ruhigen Innenhof hinaus, wo die Luft im Sommer angenehm kühler ist. Zusätzlich steht dir ein Standventilator für besonders heiße Tage zur Verfügung. Besonders wichtig ist mir, dass meine Pflanzen im Zimmer gut gepflegt werden. As I will be on an exchange semester during this time, I am looking for a reliable person to take over my room for this period. Our shared flat is centrally located, just a few minutes’ walk from Oerlikon train station. The apartment is home to five people in total (you and four other flatmates). You will share two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a balcony. The room is fully furnished. The window faces the quiet inner courtyard, where the air tends to be pleasantly cooler during summer. Additionally, there is a standing fan available for particularly hot days. It is very important to me that my plants in the room are well taken care of. So if you have a green thumb, I would be even happier to hear from you.
