The end can be at the end of any month between the 31.5.26 and the 31.8.26 The flat is vibrant with everything that you need infrastructure wise: A washing room, bicycle room, two bus stops with fast connections to university, Migros, Coop, Aldi, Lidl all in walking distance, Katzensee a gem of relaxation near the city. Cleanliness is of high importance (so do not forget to mention it in the application to impress the flatmates :D)

How to
apply for a room

  1. Get in touch with the contact person from the advertisement or submit your application for the room you are interested in via the link in the advertisement.
  2. As soon as you have been accepted for a room, you must bring the room proposal or the application for subletting to the WOKO office in person during opening hours.
  3. You need at least a confirmation of acceptance from one of the universities entitled to rent in order to be able to rent a room, which you must present to the WOKO office.

    Special case for subtenants:
    During the semester break, non-students can also be considered.
