I am subletting my studio from the beginning of April to the end of May. I am looking for a reliable tenant under the age of 28 who fulfills the WOKO eligibility criteria (please check: https://www.woko.ch/en/our-service/who-is-eligible-to-rent). Feel free to contact me - the earlier the better - so that we can arrange a viewing within the next week. In addition to the rent, I will ask for a small deposit, which will be returned when you move out. For joint use, there is also a laundry and drying room, a bike room and visitor parking lots. How to
apply for a room

  1. Get in touch with the contact person from the advertisement or submit your application for the room you are interested in via the link in the advertisement.
  2. As soon as you have been accepted for a room, you must bring the room proposal or the application for subletting to the WOKO office in person during opening hours.
  3. You need at least a confirmation of acceptance from one of the universities entitled to rent in order to be able to rent a room, which you must present to the WOKO office.

    Special case for subtenants:
    During the semester break, non-students can also be considered.
