Sunny room with private balcony

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our shared student apartment! The room is really spacious and filled with sunlight, with its own private balcony. The flat itself is big, so there’s plenty of space for everyone, and it also comes with a huge shared balcony where we like to hang out or have the occasional BBQ when the weather’s good. The apartment has three bathrooms. We’re a pretty mixed group with international backgrounds from all over who likes to go out together sometimes. Everyone does their own thing, but we also enjoy chatting in the kitchen or sharing a meal. Location-wise, it’s super close to ETH Hönggerberg and ASVZ and about 25 minutes to Zentrum, so getting to campus or into the city is easy. Since it’s part of student housing, you’re surrounded by other students, which gives the whole place a friendly and social vibe. There’s always someone around if you need to borrow something.
