Subtenant over the summer

I'm heading away for a few months and looking for someone to look after my space. The room comes with everything you need: a desk, chair, lamps, and my plants (they're low maintenance, I promise!). There’s even an extra mattress if you have a friend visiting. It is well located: 15 min walk to the main station and there’s a bus stop right outside. It’s a 6-room flat, but very chill during the summer months. You’ll be sharing with the loveliest people, but many will be traveling, so it’s a perfect spot if you want some peace and quiet to study or relax. Rent is 605/month for June and July, and 625 for August (rent increase by WOKO).
