Room for sublet - Summer

Subtenant wanted
A standard WOKO room (including mattress, cot, study table, chair, and a walk-in closet) in an international flat, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. My room also has an extra cot+bed. I am moving to a different city, and would like to sublet the room. Looking for a calm and tidy person who needs a room for a temporary stay in Zurich. Interested parties who are not students can also be considered for subletting since it is the semester break period. If you’re interested, just send me a message expressing your interest. The process will be fairly quick :) We’re an international flat (Poland, Germany, Pakistan), and everyone speaks English. People are generally busy with their own schedules, but we enjoy quick chats in the kitchen and keep a friendly, sociable atmosphere. NON-STUDENTS, AND PEOPLE OVER 28 YEARS OF AGE ARE ALSO WELCOME TO APPLY :)

How to
apply for a room

  1. Get in touch with the contact person from the advertisement or submit your application for the room you are interested in via the link in the advertisement.
  2. As soon as you have been accepted for a room, you must bring the room proposal or the application for subletting to the WOKO office in person during opening hours.
  3. You need at least a confirmation of acceptance from one of the universities entitled to rent in order to be able to rent a room, which you must present to the WOKO office.

    Special case for subtenants:
    During the semester break, non-students can also be considered.
