The Room: The apartment is well connected to public transport with two bus stops across the street and Affoltern train station is 10 minutes away. Bus 37 goes directly to Höngg campus. Coop is right outside the door and Lidl/Aldi are within 5 minutes walking distance. The flat's location is conveniently close to UZH Irchel campus too. We are also less than 10 mins away from Katzensee — great for swimming and BBQs. The kitchen is shared and we have a large common room with a projector. The room comes sparely furnitured (bed, table, chair, 2 shelfs). You would have to sublet the room for the first month and could then take over my contract. Moving in/out dates are flexible. Looking for: We are looking for an easygoing, social and responsible new family member. We like to party and do movie nights from time to time. No one is forced to participate , but we are looking for someone rather social who likes to partake :) Because we are a bunch, being responsible and respectful, also towards the schedules and personal space of others, is just as important.
