New Tenant for Friendly Flat near Stettbach

New tenant wanted
Hi! There are four people in total and we are looking for someone to take over one of the rooms starting in July. We are looking for someone who is friendly, likes to do stuff occasionally, non-smoker and does their chores :) We enjoy hanging out together occasionally but it's also completely fine if you need some alone time. The flat is close to Stettbach and Altried, and all campuses of UZH and ETH are reachable within 30-45 min at most door to door. We are close to nature but very well connected to amenities such as different grocery stores (Migros, Aldi) and the Glattzentrum mall. We are planning to hold viewings this weekend (19.06.-21.06) and will respond to your email with more information. Before you apply please make sure you are eligible to rent at WOKO on their website.

How to
apply for a room

  1. Get in touch with the contact person from the advertisement or submit your application for the room you are interested in via the link in the advertisement.
  2. As soon as you have been accepted for a room, you must bring the room proposal or the application for subletting to the WOKO office in person during opening hours.
  3. You need at least a confirmation of acceptance from one of the universities entitled to rent in order to be able to rent a room, which you must present to the WOKO office.

    Special case for subtenants:
    During the semester break, non-students can also be considered.
