Sublet -> Main Tenant

Hi everyone! I’m currently living in a WOKO flat at Brauerstrasse 99 in Zurich 8004, which I share with three other students. As I’m moving out, I’m looking for someone to take over my room starting November 1st, 2026, though the start date is negotiable. Ours is a quiet, respectful household: everyone has their own schedule, the soundproofing is very good, and we don’t get in each other’s way. I’m hoping to find someone considerate and tidy who does their share of the chores :) My room is about 10 m² and has its own private bathroom, not shared with anyone. You’ll share a small kitchen with my three flatmates, and there’s also a large kitchen shared by 8 people across two floors, with a fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There’s a washing machine and dryer in the flat. The location is very central: tram 8 and bus 31 stop right outside the building, and Zürich HB is a 12-minute walk away. Coop, Migros, Lidl, Aldi and the New Asia supermarket are all within walking distance. The rent is CHF 805 per month. I’m leaving the room furnished with a bed and mattress, monitor, desk, chair, coffee table, pressure cooker and fan, which you can take over for a one-time fee of CHF 500. From November 1st, 2026 to January 31st, 2027, you’ll sublet the room from me. After that, you’ll take over as the main tenant with WOKO from February 1st, 2027. The main contract can be signed right away alongside the sublet agreement, and you can stay until you graduate or turn 28.
