Option 2:
You can pay your monthly payment in cash at a post office counter using the QR payment slip. Please make a copy of your payment slip, as no further payment slips will be sent.
There may be various reasons for this:
- Your payment was not received until after the 1st of the month.
In this case, the rent was not paid on time.
- We have not received a payment.
Please check independently whether everything was correct with the transfer:- Correct IBAN used?
- Reference number entered correctly?
- Sufficient funds in the account?
