We recommend a separate subletting agreement between the main tenant and the subtenant. Transferred rents are prohibited. The main tenant is responsible for the proper payment of the rent and any damage to the rental object during the subletting period. If applications are submitted too late, the main tenant will be charged a fee of CHF 100 per month for unauthorized subletting. The property may be sublet for a maximum of 12 months during the entire rental period (see rental agreement). Important information for subtenants All information is correct and truthful. The application must be brought to the WOKO office in person by the subtenant together with a valid confirmation of enrollment. Subtenants who do not meet the rental conditions can only be considered during the semester break.
