We recommend a separate subletting agreement between the main tenant and the subtenant. Transferred rents are prohibited. The main tenant is responsible for the proper payment of the rent and any damage to the rental object during the subletting period. If applications are submitted too late, the main tenant will be charged a fee of CHF 100 per month for unauthorized subletting.
